Ocean peace

The waves dance gently as the sea hums low And the sunlight paints paths where no one should go A breath is caught in the soft embrace Oh, but the pull tugs leaving no longer a trace The ocean sighs in silence deep The world above is just asleep And though the surface whispers of peace A weight lies below and never does cease The depths are calm and the wisdom it brings Oh, but what knowledge do the waters sing? The light above calls with a golden hue But the deeper you would go, the less you knew The ocean carries yet it never speaks Its calm deceives though the body it seeks For peace is here, and peace is near But oh, the pull it’s never clear
