Loving you but in God's way

I will keep loving you anyways And do everything in love But I will also love you in God’s way Even though it won’t always feel soft I will hate what is evil and cling to what is good As love must be sincere like a waft And I wont let you feel misunderstood I’ll give myself up to sanctify you I will love you in any mood If needed, I will start anew As Christ loved the church I will love you too And in perfect love, fear can’t emerge So let us leaver our parent’s home As I wish for both of us to merge It is not good for man to be alone So the Lord made you an angel from above For me to love you as my own I hope you grow to deserve me, and I to deserve you too And if loving you my own way is not enough for you I will keep loving you anyway But I will also love you in God’s way
